Vervain (Verbena officinalis), also called dove's weed, cat's blood herb, saga herb or wishing herb, is a plant species belonging to the genus Verbena and is a traditional medicinal plant. It grows as a deciduous, usually short-lived perennial herbaceous plant that reaches growth heights of 20 to 75 cm.
Vervain is consecrated to Venus and is often used in love incenses. But it is also very effective for protection, purification and success. It was a sacred plant of the Celts and was used for all kinds of purposes.
