Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is a species of plant from the umbelliferae family (Apiaceae). It is used as a spice and medicinal plant and grows as an annual herbaceous plant and reaches a height of between 30 and 90 cm. Since ancient times, coriander has also been used in herbal medicine and has appetising, digestive, antispasmodic and soothing effects on stomach and intestinal disorders.
As an incense, coriander clears our thoughts and thus helps to solve problems. It also has a stimulating and warming effect on the mind and gives the body new energy.
